Yes, you can apply for a return within 14 days of the receipt of the item, on any item that has not been used, in its original box and in resalable condition (excluding customized products, bulbs, three same items or more).

2. What if I receive a damaged item?
In case you have received a damaged item, please email us at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear pictures of the damage. Broken glass, or dented shades or frames are not considered as defective item and cannot be returned.
In such a case, we will provide a new replacement for glass or shades at no additional charge. If you do not accept the exchange and want to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange the shipment of return and this shipping costs is borne by you. Once confirmed by us, you will receive a refund (not including express shipping charges).
3. What if I receive a wrong item?
In case you have received a wrong item, please email us at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the item and its package. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch. Delivery time begins once your parcel has been handed to the carrier. All timings are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Express delivery usually starts from £9. Customs duty, import tax and local customs-handling charges are not included and are normally paid by the customer. If an unexpected customs charge arises, please contact Customer Service before making payment where possible; AtEase may contribute towards the cost on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and next steps.
Items must be unused, uninstalled and in a resaleable condition, with their original packaging, accessories and instructions. Return postage for a change of mind is normally paid by the customer.
Bespoke, personalised, installed or incomplete items usually cannot be returned unless faulty. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, we'll normally put things right by sending replacement parts, a replacement product or the correct item at no extra cost.
Non-standard returns, including items sent from an overseas warehouse, bulk-order returns and late returns, may involve reasonable handling costs or a 20% restocking fee. Any charge will be explained before the return is approved.
Standard orders can usually be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours, provided they have not entered production or fulfilment.
