At atEASE, we aim to provide clear and reliable delivery options for customers in the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. This page explains our shipping costs, delivery times, tracking process and what to do if your parcel arrives damaged.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Selected products may also be available for delivery to the United States and other international destinations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs
- We offer free standard delivery on eligible UK/US orders.
- Fast Delivery is available on selected in-stock products. Eligible products are marked on the product page. Fast Delivery usually costs from £9, depending on product size, quantity and destination. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery Time
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
Processing time is the time we need to prepare, check and pack your order. Transit time is the time your parcel spends with the courier after dispatch.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and receipt. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received”. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours on business days.
Order Processing
Once we receive your order, we will begin preparing it as soon as possible. During order processing, we may:
- Check stock availability
- Confirm product details or custom options
- Verify your shipping address
- Carefully pack your order for dispatch
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street number, postcode and contact details. If any information is missing, we may contact you before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after dispatch.

Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in transit, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been processed or shipped, you may contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Refused Deliveries
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. If you choose to refuse the package, a fee of 30%–50% of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, handling and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged item
- Any broken parts or missing accessories
Our support team usually responds within 24–48 business hours.
Important Installation Reminder
Please do not book an electrician or installation service until your order has arrived and you have checked all parts. This helps avoid inconvenience in case of unexpected delivery delays, missing parts or transit damage.
