We offer free shipping on All Orders in the United Kingdom.
B. Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time for United Kingdom:
Handling time - 2-3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time - 14-20 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut Off Time- 10.00 PM

C. What happens after I place an order?
You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt.
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email support@ateasehomelife.co.uk with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and someone from our team will get in touch with you.
We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.
D. How do I check the status of my order?
Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive email once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received an email after 7 business days, please email at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk and we will assist you from there.
E. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk or Call Us at +86-13397483469
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps
