  • Fast Delivery is available on selected in-stock products. Eligible products are marked on the product page. Fast Delivery usually costs from £9, depending on product size, quantity and destination. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Time

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Processing time is the time we need to prepare, check and pack your order. Transit time is the time your parcel spends with the courier after dispatch.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and receipt. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we will begin preparing it as soon as possible. During order processing, we may:

  • Carefully pack your order for dispatch

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street number, postcode and contact details. If any information is missing, we may contact you before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Address Changes

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been processed or shipped, you may contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Refused Deliveries

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. If you choose to refuse the package, a fee of 30%–50% of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, handling and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged item
  • Any broken parts or missing accessories

Our support team usually responds within 24–48 business hours.

Important Installation Reminder

Please do not book an electrician or installation service until your order has arrived and you have checked all parts. This helps avoid inconvenience in case of unexpected delivery delays, missing parts or transit damage.

Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order through ateasehomelife.co.uk you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (United Kingdom) country.

A. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:
(1)Customized or made-to-order items.
(2)Light bulbs or accessories.
(3)Bulk purchases (three or more units of the same product).
(4)Expedited shipping fees (e.g., FedEx) are non-refundable once dispatched.
Note: Due to variations in screen settings and manual measurements, slight differences in color or size may occur. These are not considered defects.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk. If your return is accepted, We’ll provide you a return label to send the product back to our offices. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship it back at your own return shipping expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it following our return guidelines.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products. There is no additional cost for returning items.

The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer himself

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. So, the refund processing time is 7 business days.
