2. What if I receive a damaged item?
In case you have received a damaged item, please email us at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear pictures of the damage. Broken glass, or dented shades or frames are not considered as defective item and cannot be returned. In such a case, we will provide a new replacement for glass or shades at no additional charge. If you do not accept the exchange and want to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange the shipment of return and this shipping costs is borne by you. Once confirmed by us, you will receive a refund (not including express shipping charges).

3. What if I receive a wrong item?
In case you have received a wrong item, please email us at support@ateasehomelife.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the item and its package. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.

In honor of the Chinese New Year holiday, our logistics facility in China will be closed during the pre-sale period. We're currently offering pre-sale discounts of up to 15% on orders. However, please note that your order will be processed and shipped after March 2, 2026, once the pre-sale period ends.

This means that the item is still being crafted when you place your order and won't be immediately available in our warehouse. After completing your checkout, it's essential to confirm that the product is indeed a pre-order. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary.

What are the advantages of pre-ordering?

The benefit of pre-ordering an item is securing the size or product you desire without the risk of it running out of stock as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Demand for certain items can be high, and they might sell out even before physically arriving in our inventory.

What causes delays, and when do they occur?

Our collection features exclusive products, which necessitates a multi-step manufacturing process. The production process is usually linear, but occasional mistakes can happen. In the rare event of a delay, our Customer Care team will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Can I mix in-stock and pre-order items in one order?
